Douglas Tippin, MD, PHD.
Dr. Douglas Tippin was born and raised in the US Army. He attended Baylor University from 1984 through 1900, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry and a Masters in Physical Chemistry. In 1997, he completed his MD/PhD fellowship at Ohio State University before starting his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago. He received his Radiation Oncology training at the University of Chicago and the James Cancer Hospital, were he sub-specialized in brachytherapy techniques (surgically-based radiation treatments). Dr Tippin relocated to the Denver are in 2002 and enjoys skiing, scuba diving and the martial arts.
James D. Fagelson, MD.
Dr. Fagelson is a board certified urologist who has practiced in Denver since 2000. He received his medical degree and completed residency training at the University of Texas. In addition to general urology, he has extensive experience treating urologic cancer with surgery and minimally-invasive procedures.

Dr. Maniatis was born and raised in Denver and subsequently received his education at the The University of Denver and University of Colorado Medical School. His post graduate education was at the University of Colorado Medical Center. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Urology. Since completing his training, he has been in the Private Practice of Urology in Aurora Colorado. His outside interests include Opera and Choral Music.
David J. Cahn, MD, is certified by the American Board of Urology and has
been in private practice since 1998. He earned his medical degree from
the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York where he did his
Urology residency. Dr. Cahn also completed a fellowship in
Neuro-Urology at the University of Colorado where he currently serves as an Assistant
Clinical Professor of Surgery, Division of Urology.
Dr. Cahn is a member of the American Urology Association, Colorado
Medical Society and Clear Creek Medical Society. He is on the boards of
the Rocky Mountain Kidney Stone Center and the Prostate Seed Center.
Dr. Cahn's areas of interest include Urologic Oncology, Stone Disease
and Voiding Dysfunction. He has been actively involved in Prostate
Brachytherapy since 1999. He enjoys cooking, skiing, yoga and spending
time with his daughter.
Dr. Sam Melouk is a board-certified urologist based in Boulder County with Alpine Urology, P.C. He completed his urology residency at the University of Oklahoma and has been practicing since 1998 where he maintains a general urology practice with a special interest in urologic cancers. His outside interests include skiing, softball, and spending time with his family.
